”When my grandfather was taking me to the Hennessy cellars, there was always this unique scent of oak barrels drenched in cognac. He would ask me to look at the ceiling of the smoky cellars and explained to me that it was caused by the evaporation of alcohol from the barrels. He said “we call it the angel’s share”. The creation of Straight to Heaven was directly inspired by the olfactive memory.”
