HENDRICK GIN INFUSED INTO MARSHAMALLOW • 4 cl
BERGAMOT JUICE • 2 cl
ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY AND ROSE DE MAI HYDROLAT • 3 cl
EGG WHITE INFUSED INTO THE NEROLI ESSENTIAL OIL • 4 cl

STEPS OF PREPARATION
1 Melt marshmallow with water in a bowl on a water-bath, then mix with gin to prepare a gin infused into marshmallow.
2 Mix egg white with neroli essential oil to infuse it.
3 Mix gin with orange blossom honey, muddle for 1 minute. Add all the ingredients, stir for 30 seconds, double strain into the glass over fresh ice.
4 Decorate with a Turkish delight: lucum.
